New Professionals Institute Conference Information

Registration Fees:

$240 for double occupancy - roommate preference can be stated on the registration form

$325 single occupancy

$190 if no hotel room is needed

*Registration includes lodging on November 11th only.  You may include lodging for the night of the 10th on the registration form for an additional fee of $95 for double occupancy, and $185 for single.

Workshop Topics Include: 

  • Classroom:  Engaging all learners, classroom technology tools, differentiation strategies, inquiry-based learning in agriscience, and various specific content-based workshops.

  • Program Management:  Effective time management, advisory committees and community buy-in, program funding, and developing a positive department culture. 

  • FFA / SAE: Innovative SAEs, mentoring student-run enterprises, work-based learning alignment, building student confidence, coaching CDE and LDE teams.

Continuing Education Credit:

Participants can earn a one-semester unit of Fresno Pacific University Extended Education credit. The cost of 1 unit of credit is $115.00 and can be completed online. The opportunity to register for this credit will only be available during the conference.   New Professionals Credit Link
